01. ABOUT

Modern Management is a property management company in Northern Colorado, specializing in short-term rentals. I have been lucky enough to work with the owner, Denise, on several other brands throughout the years. We already had a really good understanding of each other’s style so after briefly discussing the company goals and Denise’s ideas, she pretty much turned me loose!

Visually, I wanted to harness a modern retro vibe. Denise and I discussed the way a retro style would be a fun, effective contrast to the word modern in her business name. Beyond that, the overall goal was to be inviting and professional. And to add a touch of character - Fun and upbeat to match the owner’s personality.
