Move Over Mess Organizing is an organizing company based in Wauwatosa, WI and serves the greater Milwaukee area. Their target market is moms who need more time in their day and less clutter in their life. The brand style was FUN, bright, vibrant, and inviting. Playing with these colors was such a fun part of the process.

Initial Concepts

Every client receives three initial logo and brand concepts. Each concept includes:

A Primary logo & Alternate Composition (so every brand receives a horizontal and vertical version)
A Secondary logo
Initial Color Palette
Business Card Design
Any graphics that will support the brand. In this case:
- 3 Circular Versions
- A secondary vertical version to incorporate a script mark
- Logo mark

These are the initial concepts for Move Over Mess Organizing:

You’ll notice the main difference in the concepts in the initial concepts and the final product is the color palette. We knew from the get-go that pink was a must, but after seeing the initial ideas, we decided to make pink punchier so it really takes center stage. Then, we paired a softer pink, periwinkle, and navy to ground the vibrant presence of the fuchsia pink.

These changes took the initial ideas and really made them feel like the client's and helped her make a bold statement.
